This facility is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Available Shift Length and Scheduling Requirements : Monday-Friday 7 : 00am-3 : 30pm

Required Cases : Gastrointestinal only

Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : EPIC

Care Team (and ratio) or Independent : Independent

Credentialing Timeframe : 30 days

License required or willing to license : Active Arizona license required

Facility Location
