Google is looking for a Senior Product Manager for Cloud and Open Ecosystems, Cloud Solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience owning outcomes and decision making, solving ambiguous problems and influencing stakeholders; deep expertise in domain. The position is available in Seattle, WA, USA; Sunnyvale, CA, USA. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role, 5 years of experience with developer tooling, developer experience or developer ecosystems, and 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in a technology or business related field, 10 years of experience in product management, with a focus on developer tools or software development lifecycle, 3 years of experience in software development or engineering, 3 years of people management experience with direct reports, and in technical leadership. Understanding of the public cloud, cloud native SDLCs, and related developer tools and workflows is also required. The role involves guiding products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds, breaking down complex problems into steps that drive product development, and establishing a strategic framework that balances developer experience with enterprise-grade security and cost control.
