This role offers a dynamic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to support and optimize benefit design and claims processing systems in a fast-growing, innovative environment. You will play a key part in troubleshooting, auditing, and implementing benefit configurations across multiple platforms, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. The position provides exposure to complex system integrations, process improvements, and client-focused solutions while working remotely. Accountabilities

• Manage tickets within a ticketing system, troubleshooting and resolving claims processing issues in a timely manner.
• Analyze and adjudicate benefit design information across multiple software platforms.
• Implement and facilitate benefit designs for new and existing clients based on documentation.
• Collaborate with Implementation, EDI, Clinical, and Account Management teams to ensure accurate system configurations and updates.
• Conduct audits on benefit design errors and provide findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Support Customer Service Representatives in resolving claims processor issues as needed.
• Assist in developing quality assurance processes and evaluating standards to maintain compliance.
• Maintain adherence to HIPAA regulations and participate in required training.
