ROLE DESCRIPTION :

The Mitch Devers / State Farm Agency is looking to hire a part time college student to assist our Agency in servicing our customers and growing our business. We are seeking a sharp individual who has the energy and desire to learn and promote our goals of the Agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
  • Answer phones, take payments, assisting customers, etc.
  • Use great communication skills to efficiently meet the needs of our customers.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Dedicated to customer service.
  • Must have great telephone voice and technology skills.
  • Be a people person with social skills.
  • Good GPA grades.
