Goodwill Industries of Northern Wisconsin and Upper Michigan is seeking an Customer Service Team Lead / Assistant Team Leader to assist with retail operations in Houghton, MI .
Position responsibilities include :
- Assisting with hiring, training, developing, supervising, evaluating, and scheduling team members
- Operating store according to budget
- Ensuring proper handling and processing of donations
- Ordering and maintaining store supplies
- Completing Monthly Safety Site Inspections, Incident / Accident reports, Team Meeting and Safety minutes, and other reports on a regular basis
Minimum and preferred qualifications :
Pay will be based on experience with starting wage range of $36,000 plus bonuses. Goodwill Industries offers a dynamic, supportive work culture, a comprehensive benefit package, and opportunities for advancement.
