Responsibilities

Administrative Support : Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to ensure smooth office operations.

Data Entry : Accurately input and manage data in various systems and databases.

Client Interaction : Assist clients with inquiries, providing welcoming and supportive customer service.

Scheduling : Coordinate appointments and maintain up-to-date schedules for the agency staff.

Documentation : Prepare, organize, and maintain proper filing of all agency documents.

Communication : Facilitate communication between the clients and various departments within the agency.

Office Management : Handle office supplies inventory and order new supplies as needed.

Requirements

Experience : Previous experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within the insurance sector but not required.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities are essential.

Organizational Skills : Strong aptitude for managing multiple tasks concurrently with attention to detail.

Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant administrative software.

Interpersonal Skills : Ability to interact effectively with clients and team members, fostering a positive work environment.

Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address queries and challenges as they arise.

Reliability : Dependable and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility and dedication to the role.
