About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their executive leadership team. The CFO will be a strategic partner, providing financial insight and leadership across the organization. This hands-on role involves overseeing all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, capital structure, compliance, and tax. The successful candidate will be responsible for streamlining systems, strengthening internal processes, and elevating financial transparency. Additionally, the CFO will lead high-level financial negotiations, debt structuring, and support growth initiatives. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive leadership experience in accounting and finance, with at least 5 years' in a real estate development or investment setting. A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree or CPA being preferred. The role demands a deep knowledge of real estate capital markets, partnership accounting, and portfolio management, as well as proficiency in financial modeling and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading complex financial negotiations, be adept at presenting to executive teams, lenders, and investors, and possess a high level of integrity, ethical standards, and strategic thinking.
