Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Travel Oncology RN to join our team in Johnson City, NY! This 13-week contract offers an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of patients while exploring the natural beauty of the Endless Mountains region.

Responsibilities :

• Deliver compassionate care to adult medical-surgical patients with a focus on oncology.
• Administer chemotherapy and other complex medications according to physician orders.
• Manage patients with various cancer diagnoses, including palliative and end-of-life care.
• Provide wound care, manage IV antibiotics, and address conditions like renal injury, pneumonia, and COPD exacerbations.
• Assist with post-operative care following orthopedic, general, and urology surgeries.
• Educate patients and families about their condition and treatment plan.
• Utilize EPIC for efficient and accurate documentation.
