Job Summary :

Advance organizational effectiveness, operational efficiency, and strategic execution in alignment with the CEO's vision. This role partners with executive leaders and senior management to assist in establishing the organization's strategic direction and overall priorities.

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance or a related field is required; a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA), or other advanced degree is preferred. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a project / portfolio management leadership role is required.

Preference may be given to candidates with one or more of the following credentials :

• Project Management Professional (PMP ®) Certification
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
• Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP ®)
