Marketing Operations Coordinator (LATAM)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Marketing Operations Coordinator to assist in maintaining the deployment calendar and coordinating email schedules, quality assurance, and performance of our email channel. You will support the execution of all marketing emails, ensuring they are delivered accurately, render correctly, and follow industry best practices.

You Will :

Email Execution and Quality Assurance

• Own the Deployment Calendar : Support the execution and scheduling of all promotional, nurture, and operational emails within Marketo.
• Technical Build : Assist in building, testing, and deploying final email assets from approved templates, ensuring accurate personalization tokens, dynamic content, and segmentation logic.
• QA Support : Help conduct thorough and comprehensive quality assurance (QA) checks, including link validation, list suppression, rendering across major clients, and proofreading before every deployment.
• Deliverability Management : Support tracking of deliverability metrics (bounce rates, spam complaints) and troubleshoot basic deliverability issues to maintain optimal sender reputation.
• A / B Testing : Configure and manage A / B tests for subject lines, content, and send times to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
