Job Overview

The Shipping Coordinator will manage outbound shipping operations, ensuring all products are shipped accurately, on time, and in compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled in logistics coordination and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outbound shipping operations and documentation according to SOPs.
• Track and resolve shipping discrepancies and claims to completion.
• Conduct monthly inventory counts for finished goods.
• Monitor and meet outbound shipment and delivery schedules.
• Maintain compliance with all health and safety standards.
• Analyze shipping data to identify trends and process improvements.
• Provide shipment tracking information and address customer shipping inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and vendors, negotiating rates to optimize cost and service.
• Develop and implement best practices for material handling, auditing, and shipping procedures.
• Support automation initiatives and identify cost-saving opportunities.
