Travel Nurse RN - Operating Room - $2,450 per week in Flagstaff, AZ

Position / Specialty : OR RN Shift : 3 X 12 18 : 30 - 07 : 00 - CHARGE EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS Ratios : 1 : 1 Years of experience REQ : 2 Years First-timers accepted : Yes Weekend REQ : As needed, usually every 3rd weekend On-Call REQ : NO CALL Floating Requirements : No Blocked Scheduling : Not guaranteed but unit will do their best to accommodate. Locals accepted : Yes RTO Restrictions : Unit manager’s approval Required Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours / week, facility is allowed to call off 6x throughout a 13-week assignment. Special Requirements :

• Level 1 trauma center OR with 11 rooms of high volume ortho, trauma and spine cases. All other specialties. Minimal peds.
• Traveler must have experience in general, ortho, spine, trauma, and neuro (specifically craniotomies).
• Must have level I trauma experience but will consider highly skilled clinician with recent level II trauma experience in like-size / larger facility.
