Warehouse Worker Job Posting

We are hiring entry-level warehouse workers for a seasonal project running through mid-February. Pay: $17/hr (days) or $18/hr (nights). Weekly pay. Lots of overtime available (expect about 20+ hours OT weekly). Contract duration: start ASAP ends mid-February 2026.

Shifts:

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
• Overtime: Up to 7 days/week, 12-hour shifts through mid-January; schedule returns to 40 hrs/week afterward
• Time Off: Christmas Eve (half day) and Christmas Day
• Contract: Immediate start ends mid-February 2026

Responsibilities:

• Pack products into coolers and label containers accurately
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Inspect products, packaging, and dry ice for cleanliness and damage
• Weigh and pack dry ice into coolers, rejecting defective pieces
• Apply correct shipping labels based on delivery method
• Perform quality checks to ensure orders are accurate and well-presented
• Correct packing errors and document them
• Maintain a pace of inspecting 75 coolers per hour
• Meet attendance and punctuality expectations

• Loading and unloading
• RF scanner operation
• Order picking and fulfillment
• Assembly and production

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to follow instructions accurately
• Minimum 3 months of general warehouse experience
• Familiarity with inventory, pallet jacks, and order picking

Work Environment:

Work takes place in a large warehouse with conveyor belts and fast-moving products. Most areas are room temperature, but some work may occur in freezer sections.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
