This role will support production, development / prototype assemblies and products within the Advanced Product Center (APC) at the McKinney, TX site. The selected candidate will perform a wide variety of tasks in support of a manufacturing / production environment.

• This is a 2nd shift position and an onsite role in McKinney, Texas.
• What You Will DoAssemble, disassemble, re-assemble, fabricate, repair and / or inspection of electronic, electrical, and mechanical systems.Set up and operate a variety of machine and hand instruments.May route, dispatch and expedite flow of material.Check for work correctness. Specific duties will include material preparation and the assembly and rework of electronic and mechanical assemblies.Perform wire / cable preparation, installation, crimping, and torquing using hand instruments.Perform all work in accordance with written work instructions to prescribed standards.Work with production resources and teammates to meet production goals.Perform repetitive tasks in accordance with an established, demonstrated process.Perform in-process inspections in accordance with company standards and customer specifications.Develop more than one job at a time and have the flexibility to work across shifts.Qualifications You Must HaveTypically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational / technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experienceExperience in performing product assemblies by utilizing procedures, manuals, schematics, engineering drawings, verbal instructions, and / or other related documentation under limited supervision.U.S. Citizen - Active and transferable U.S. SECRET government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
