Lead Full Stack Software Engineer - Banking Technology

What You'll Be Doing :

Work closely with Agile teams to design, develop, test, and implement innovative technical solutions using a wide array of full-stack development tools and technologies.

Stay up-to-date with the latest tech trends, share your knowledge within the engineering community, and mentor fellow team members.

Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver cutting-edge cloud-based solutions that empower millions of Americans in their financial journeys.

Utilize programming languages including JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go, along with open source relational and NoSQL databases, container orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, and a variety of AWS tools and services.

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree

At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience (internship experience does not apply).

Preferred Qualifications :

5+ years of experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go.

1+ years of experience utilizing cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure.

3+ years of experience working with open source frameworks.

2+ years of practical experience in Agile methodologies.

Salary Information : The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this position are as follows :

Plano, TX : $144,200 - $164,600

McLean, VA : $158,600 - $181,000

Richmond, VA : $144,200 - $164,600
