We are looking for a driven Account Executive to expand and deepen our relationships with advertising agencies and drive revenue across our Connected TV platform. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment and who understands how to help agencies unlock ROI for their clients through CTV.

As an Agency Account Executive, you will be responsible for building strong partnerships with key decision makers, media planners, and executives, introducing them to MNTN's Performance TV platform to drive adoption and expand existing CTV practices.

What You'll Do :

• Build, manage, and grow a strong book of business with advertising agencies, driving adoption of MNTN's Connected TV solutions.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly new revenue goals through strategic partnerships and consultative selling.
• Serve as a trusted partner to agencies by providing education, insights, and recommendations that align MNTN's platform with client objectives.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with media buyers, planners, and executives across performance-focused agencies.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Connected TV, staying ahead of industry trends and positioning MNTN as the leading solution for measurable, performance-driven television advertising.
• Present MNTN's value proposition in engaging and consultative ways, showing agencies how to achieve their clients' KPIs through Performance TV.
• Collaborate with client services and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure campaign success.
• Share feedback and insights with product and leadership teams to help shape platform enhancements that support agency growth and adoption.
