Job Title : Physical Therapist

Job Specialty : Therapy - Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF)

Job Duration : 12 months

Shift : Day shift, 08 : 00-16 : 30

Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week

Experience : Minimum of 2 years

License : Physical Therapy license

Certifications : Relevant certifications required

Must-Have : Comfortable in a fast-paced inpatient rehab facility; experience in treating a wide range of neurological and general diagnoses / precautions

Job Description :

• Provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients recovering from severe injuries or illnesses, including stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injuries.
• Deliver intense, tailored rehabilitation programs focused on the individual needs of the patients to maximize their health, function, and quality of life.
• Work in a state-of-the-art, 36-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation setting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Utilize basic rehab equipment and electronic health records effectively.
• Be adaptable and flexible to meet the dynamic needs of the unit.
• May be required to work one Saturday per month.
• Follow dress code with scrubs in Blue, Black, or Grey.
• Report on the first day at 9 am, with future timings negotiable.
