X-Ray Tech Job Summary
Perform radiographic and other diagnostic imaging procedures to assist physicians in diagnosing injuries and diseases. Assist with administrative and clinical needs as appropriate, such as patient registration and medical assisting duties.

Responsibilities
Greet patients and explain procedures to patients in a compassionate mannerProcess X-Rays, review for proper identification and quality control and prepare images for reading by a physicianUtilize both digital and non-digital diagnostic imaging equipment, ensuring compliance with approved radiology techniqueAid provider with prescribed patient treatments in accordance with approved standards, policies, procedures, and protocolsPerform routine maintenance, diagnose malfunctions, and make minor repairs on equipment, arranging for repairs as neededComplete forms and maintain records, logs, and reports of work performedServe as Medical Receptionist and / or Medical Assistant if / when needed within appropriate guidelinesQualifications
Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or six months to one-year related experience or training.X-ray license and certificateARRT-registered or board-eligible preferred.PS : Its All About You!
