About The Position

• 24-hour call shifts, 7 am - 7 am
• 7 - 10 shifts per month
• 3 - 5 pediatric patients per day
• Split coverage between two facilities 15 mile distance
• 40 - 50 deliveries per month
• Level I nursery coverage for infants 34 weeks and up
• Responsibilities : newborn care, admissions, ER consults, deliveries
• Lumbar punctures may be required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
