Hourly Pay Range : $18.84 - $27.32 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position : Unit Secretary

Location : Evanston, IL

Full Time / Part Time : Part Time 20 hours

Hours : Night shift 2300-0730, with weekend rotation

Required Travel : no; can float to other units

What You Will Do :

• Coordinate non-clinical duties of the nursing unit
• Enter patient charges in computer
• Coordinate patient flow of admissions and discharges
• Order supplies
• Customer service to patients, families, nurses, physicians and other support departments
• Answer phones and relay messages as appropriate
• Proactively identifies need for service recovery and follow up of resolution
