POSITION OVERVIEW :

Leads the management and optimization of enterprise information technology (IT) tools and platforms, ensuring they effectively support delivery, adoption and operational efficiency across the IT organization

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :

1.    Oversee the lifecycle, adoption and optimization of enterprise IT tools and platforms to support IT delivery teams

2.    Partner with IT and business leaders to identify gaps, requirements and opportunities for tool enhancements or integrations

3.    Collaborate with the Manager, Contracts and Vendor Management to support vendor-related activities for tooling platforms where applicable

4.    Maintain documentation, standard  and best practices for IT tool usage across teams

5.    Track and report on tool performance, adoption metrics and return of investment (ROI) to leadership

6.    Perform other duties as assigned

7.    Comply with all applicable laws / regulations, as well as company policies / procedures

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field
• Five (5) years of experience managing enterprise IT tools, platforms or technology portfolios
• Proven expertise in implementing, optimizing, and supporting IT service management, development or collaboration tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA)
• Proven experience in implementing and maintaining enterprise IT tools, ensuring effective workflows and operational adoption
• Strong knowledge of IT delivery processes and operational best practices to support consistent and efficient execution
• Effective communication skills to guide stakeholders and ensure alignment on IT tooling strategies
• Strategic mindset to optimize IT tools and platforms in support of enterprise IT delivery goals

Additional Details : This position will be domiciled at a FedEx Freight location in Harrison, AR / Memphis, TN / Dallas,TX / Pittsburgh, PA / Lakeland, FL / Brookfield,WI / Colorado Springs, CO. You will be required to work at a FedEx Freight location several times per week.
