Experience

• 12 to 18 years' experience with factory devices, sensors and automation
• Experience of IOT (and IIOT) standards and protocols : Device hardware and software integration using Edge Architectural standards and patterns.
• Experience in enterprise level MES / MOM software solutions, control systems, and state of the art industrial automation
• Experience in integrating / acquiring data from PLC interfaces and programs Siemens, Allen Bradley, Client, SiConnect, OSI-PI, etc.
• Experience in configuring and run any SCADA systems : Rockwell Software, Wonderware, Client, Siemens, etc.
• Experience in creating Plant Performance Modeling and Plant Reference modeling
• Good understanding of industrial assets, including : Asset Lifecycles, Asset Systems, Asset Components, Asset Service Levels, Asset Degradation, Asset Reliability, and Asset Intervention Prioritization
• Familiar with Industrial networking technologies, protocols, protection methodologies
• Good understanding of streaming data analytics, anomaly detection and predictive maintenance of Assets.
• Good understanding of cloud technologies data ingestion, storage and consumption
• Understands processes in Discrete Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automotive manufacturing and can suggest best-practices in Production, Quality, Supply-chain, Track-and-Trace, Maintenance etc.
• Has demonstrated capabilities working with technologies like IIoT, AI, Big-data, Cloud etc to improve end-to-end operations from product development to manufacturing to service.
