Job description

What you'll do

As the UIUX Software Developer, you will be responsible for building out a cohesive vision and strategy

for the user experience from a software development lens. You will also build out a UI platform to be

utilized across all products and services to foster robust user experience practices while continuously

finding opportunities and new technologies that help capture and unlock business value for the end

user. You will be expected to be hands on and delivering product alongside your team.

Responsibilities

  • Build a UIUX Strategy and vision for the development team
  • Identify opportunities to for new technologies to be integrated for new capabilities with UIUX

space

  • Drive the adoption of robust UIUX best practices
  • Create a UIUX playbook for user engagement
  • Find opportunities to humanize AI / ML technology
  • Define the End-to-End customer experience in the software development process
  • Do usability studies and user research and couple with market wide studies in the UIUX

    Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in UIUX software engineering preferably in the financial industry
  • Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks such as React
  • Expertise in software development processes and methodologies
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and data sources.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and associated services.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Manage a distributed team
