Position Overview :

The Senior Copywriter is responsible for combining important supervisory and executional responsibilities in one position. The Senior Copywriter must possess superior conceptual skills, knowledge of pharmaceutical requirements / terminology, and excellent copywriting abilities. This position reports to the Associate Creative Director, Copy. Responsibilities include :

• Develops copy, creative concepts, tactics, and ideas
• Strong idea generator and strong understanding of what makes an idea good
• Maintains consistency of work, brand guidelines, and strategy
• client contact for applicable brands and establishes credibility through advanced thinking and clear communication
• Helps establish and maintain the highest possible standards of production for all assets
• Ensures the efficient execution of creative concepts according to a prime account responsibility list or by management's assignment
• Meets established deadlines or provide reasonable notice of special circumstances requiring deadline extension

Preferred Qualifications :

Salary range : $80,000-$110,000

The salary range provided is for the NYC-hybrid position, which requires occasional in-office presence, and represents what a potential hire may expect to earn in this role at BGB. For candidates in other locations, salary will be adjusted to reflect local market rates. Actual salary decisions will be influenced by several factors that we use to determine overall fit, including experience (both direct and indirect), education, training, demonstrated qualifications, and organizational need. Salary is only one component of the total rewards package offered at BGB Group.
