Illinois Licensed TeleNurse

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse - TeleNurse (12 Hours / Week).

Key Responsibilities

Triage incoming patient calls and apply the Nursing Process for assessment and evaluation

Identify emergencies and recommend appropriate interventions, including facilitating ambulance transportation

Document calls, maintain confidentiality, and provide patient education according to established guidelines

Required Qualifications

RN, graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current Illinois RN licensure

Minimum of three years of clinical experience in an acute ambulatory or acute care setting

Experience in ER or Home Health preferred

Basic typing skills at 40 wpm or greater

Intermediate computer skills and comfort with Windows operating systems
