Description
The Territory Manager (TM) is responsible for managing the demand creation, and sales of Trus Joist engineered lumber products in single-family residential and high density or multi-family housing market segments. This role reports to the South Central Region Manager and is based in the Dallas / Fort Worth, Texas Area.

Location / Travel : This role will require an individual who is based in the Dallas / Ft. Worth, Texas area. Applicants must also have a personal vehicle to use for day-to-day travel. Mileage reimbursement is provided. Up to 25% overnight travel required.
Compensation : This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $72,700 to $130,200 based on your level of skills, qualifications, and experience. You will also be eligible for our Sales Incentive plan targeting 25% of your base salary target paid out quarterly, based on market performance.

Retirement : Employees may enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our annual contribution equal to 5% of your base salary.
Paid Time Off or Vacation : We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with paid vacation for up to 3 weeks to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 hours along with paid parental leave for all full-time employees.
