Product & Vision Link Administrator (Part-Time)

As a Product & Vision Link Administrator (Part-Time) , you will effectively administer Vision Link and supporting dealer web based applications. Establish and / or maintain customer and equipment information in support of equipment management services.

What You Will Do in This Role :

• Grant and maintain access for Vision Link, SOS, Trimble (DMT) and Part store on-line applications
• Establish and maintain customer information in DMT including Universal Customer ID (UCID) and customer equipment data and population information
• Coordinate with Caterpillar and / or other Caterpillar Dealerships to resolve duplication or conflicts with UCID's
• Provide parameters to service personnel for hardware installation and configuration
• Establish, activate and maintain equipment subscriptions and customer invoicing
• Utilize the Dealer Service Network (DSN) for reporting hardware and software related issues
• Complete all necessary documentation and follow up as required in a timely, orderly manner
• Train users on the functionality, benefits and reporting within the Vision Link and supporting applications
• Communicate with PSR's, MSR's, Technicians and Service Management to identify needs and ways that this position can support their needs
• Travel is required for training and / or to assist at other locations.
