Responsibilities and Duties
Provide anesthesia care for emergency and trauma cases in a Trauma CenterDeliver patient assessment and perioperative management in acute care settingsCollaborate with the emergency department team to support trauma and critical care interventionsEnsure compliance with state licensure and DEA regulationsMaintain required certifications including ACLS, ATLS, and PALSDocument all procedures and case logs accurately and timelyAdditional Information
Must hold a current Texas state license and DEA registrationACLS, ATLS, and PALS certifications requiredBoard certification as an Acute Care Clinical Nurse Specialist - Pediatric (ACCNS-P) preferredExperience in emergency or trauma settings is highly desirableValid driver’s license and photo identification requiredCompletion of necessary CME credits and submission of case logs may be requiredBenefits
