Construction Superintendent – High-Rise Concrete & Waterproofing Restoration | Miami-Dade, FL

Join one of Florida's leading General Contractors specializing in high-rise concrete restoration, stucco repair, waterproofing, and exterior painting for the past 30 years . We are hiring an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead large-scale restoration projects in Miami-Dade County . What You'll Do

Lead daily on-site operations for high-rise restoration projects.
Manage crews, subcontractors, and ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
Oversee project schedules, inspections, and document control .
Handle change orders and maintain accurate “As-Built” documentation.
Coordinate effectively with clients, engineers, and project managers.

What We're Looking For

2+ years as a Construction Superintendent on large-scale projects.

High-rise restoration experience is REQUIRED (concrete, stucco, waterproofing).

Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.

Ability to read blueprints and manage bar-graph schedules.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Procore and Bluebeam experience a plus.

Local or regional candidates preferred.
