Location : Seaford, DE

Schedule : 12-hour shifts, 7 : 00am–7 : 30pm | Rotating weekends

Salary : $31.16–$48.30 / hr (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide respiratory care to patients in assigned areas under the direction of a Clinical Supervisor.
  • Perform assessments, therapy administration, ventilator management, and diagnostic testing following prescribed procedures.
  • Educate patients and families on respiratory treatments and equipment use.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team.
  • May assume limited supervisory duties in the absence of a Clinical Supervisor.

    • Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy (required).
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential through the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
  • Maryland Respiratory Care License (required prior to start).
  • Current BLS certification
  • Strong communication and critical-thinking skills.
