Sandwich Maker

Hoosier Mama Pie Company in Evanston is looking for a sandwich lead to join our team. Must have at least one year experience in a professional kitchen. This position is responsible for fulfilling savory orders in a timely manner, taking inventory and following basic recipes (Mayos, vinaigrettes, etc) to keep the station stocked. Must be comfortable using a slicer for meats and cheeses. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus. Must be organized and have a good grasp of foodservice sanitation. Schedule is Monday through Thursday 7am to 5 pm. This is a great position for someone looking to build their culinary skills. Please apply with a resume and brief cover letter.
