We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intelligent Controls and Automation Engineer (ICA) to join our Gillete team. The ICA engineer will assist Gillette’s global platforming engineering team to define, develop and support our automation within assembly, packaging and molding equipment. We want someone who is ideally versed in Rockwell / Siemens based controls systems. This role would be based in Boston but require up to 25% work related travel to support equipment qualification, installation and manufacturing start-up support. As the Intelligent Controls and Automation Engineer you will :

• Provide technical leadership in supporting the OU core business and initiative delivery.
• Act as a key enabler in leading and delivering results against challenges.
• Be an integral part of executing projects for the category by leveraging new advanced controls, robotics, information systems and Cyber Security technologies
