Job descriptionFamiliarity with state DMV title regulations Experience in an office or automotive dealership setting Ability to multitask in deadline-driven environments $20 / hr Hours : Monday-Friday, 8AM to 5PM Possible OT based on client needs W2 30 Day Project, but possibly longer Start Date : MONDAY, 10 / 13 / 2025 Job ID : 152373 Ensures accuracy and compliance in processing vehicle titles for both retail and wholesale transactions Maintain legal and procedural integrity, helping the client meet critical deadlines and maintain customer trust Process retail and wholesale vehicle titles in accordance with state regulations Review and verify title documents for accuracy and completeness Ensure title acceptability in the registering state and resolve any discrepancies Support ongoing audits and documentation workflows Communicate with internal departments to track missing or incorrect paperwork Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) State title processing portals Internal dealership or title management systems
