Job description

Title : Senior Project Manager

Location : Raritan, NJ

Job Type : Hybrid (At least 3 days onsite)

Duration : Long term

Ecosystem Management (50%)

  • Oversee and coordinate the broader SAP ecosystem, ensuring all partners and stakeholders adhere to project timelines and deliverables.
  • Serve as the central point of contact between internal teams and external ecosystem partners.
  • Review solution architecture and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and project goals.
  • Lead integration efforts and facilitate collaboration across workstreams to maintain cohesive execution.

Team Oversight (30%)

  • Manage the System Integrator team, ensuring accountability and timely completion of all deliverables.
  • Provide direction, monitor performance, and serve as an escalation point for issues.
  • Align system integrator team activities with overall project milestones and business expectations.

    • Strategic Partnership & Future Planning (20%)

  • Anticipate future project needs and risks; proactively develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal JJT Basis, Security, and Supply Chain stakeholders, as well as business partners such as MLC and the Transcend DBT team.
  • Leverage strong knowledge of EWM, supply chain processes, and data management to guide decision-making and ensure system readiness for future initiatives.

    • Role Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager leading SAP implementation projects .
  • Strong understanding of SAP ecosystem, architecture, and integration points.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive work independently , with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage both internal and external teams, ensuring accountability and delivery.
  • Experience across multiple SAP modules or related systems preferred (e.g., EWM, Supply Chain, Data Management).

  • This is an onsite hybrid role based in Raritan, NJ , requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
  • Occasional travel to Memphis will be required based on project needs.
