Job descriptionProven leadership experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries. Strong business acumen and ability to manage multiple locations. Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills. Bachelor's degree in business or related field (preferred). Availability to work irregular shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must have a valid driver's license and proof of valid proof of automobile insurance. Must be flexible to travel to nearby stores for support as needed. Position Overview
As a Retail Area Manager and take charge of 7-10 store locations, driving sales, profitability, and exceptional customer experiences. This is your chance to develop your leadership skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a company that values growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Inspire : Motivate and guide store managers to exceed sales, margin, and profitability targets.
- Customer-Centric Approach : Ensure a pleasant shopping experience by responding to customer feedback and maintaining the highest brand standards.
- Operational Excellence : Oversee compliance with safety, inventory, and cash controls, and ensure timely implementation of company policies.
- People Development : Recruit, train, and develop store managers and their teams to build a culture of success.
- Drive Results : Analyze business trends, manage budgets, and implement strategies to maximize store performance.
