Position Overview
As a Retail Area Manager and take charge of 7-10 store locations, driving sales, profitability, and exceptional customer experiences. This is your chance to develop your leadership skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a company that values growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Inspire : Motivate and guide store managers to exceed sales, margin, and profitability targets.
- Customer-Centric Approach : Ensure a pleasant shopping experience by responding to customer feedback and maintaining the highest brand standards.
- Operational Excellence : Oversee compliance with safety, inventory, and cash controls, and ensure timely implementation of company policies.
- People Development : Recruit, train, and develop store managers and their teams to build a culture of success.
- Drive Results : Analyze business trends, manage budgets, and implement strategies to maximize store performance.
Requirements
Proven leadership experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries.Strong business acumen and ability to manage multiple locations.Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.Bachelor's degree in business or related field (preferred).Availability to work irregular shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Must have a valid driver's license and proof of valid proof of automobile insurance.Must be flexible to travel to nearby stores for support as needed.What We Offer
