Summary
The AVP Accounting Operations will oversee key accounting functions including statutory accounting, general ledger management, investment accounting, procure-to-pay activities, and financial reporting. Experience
- At least 15 years of relevant accounting experience, including public accounting and insurance industry experience
- Strong technical accounting knowledge, including US statutory accounting and familiarity with IFRS
- Prior leadership experience managing teams of 10 or more
- Experience with investment accounting and related reporting systems
- CPA designation required
- Bachelor or master's degree in accounting or finance
- Expertise in general ledger management, financial close processes, internal controls, and regulatory compliance
- Strong communication, leadership, and process improvement capabilities
