You can expect to have the ability for immediate volume, if you wish, or to ramp up as you go. Position Highlights :

• General urology position with subspecialty interests welcome
• Will cover 4 clinics / ASCs depending on staffing
• 2 da Vinci Xi robots, but no need for robotic experience if not within scope of practice
• Call is currently 1 : 5 and is from the primary hospital
• Competitive compensation, sign-on bonus, and productivity bonus
• Offer a variety of cases, flexibility, leadership opportunities within the organization and current Urologist have lots of institutional knowledge to provide mentorship
• Great administrative staff support. Phenomenal working relationship and support from the General Surgery and Interventional Radiology teams
• Experienced PA who works during the week and covers all consults and discharges for the group
