The Product Safety Department is responsible for building the safety assessments of the future at L’Oréal. The individual will serve as critical member of the team responsible for the safety evaluation, testing and documentation of raw materials and finished formulations developed by, or acquired by L’Oréal USA, in compliance with global regulations and guidelines. This is a technical role that will require in-depth working knowledge of toxicology and risk assessment principles. Computational toxicology and new approach methodology (NAMs) expertise (e.g., in silico predictions, PBPK modeling, Toxico-Cheminformatics, etc.) is highly desirable.
We are seekinga Senior Scientist I to join our Product Safety & Toxicology team in our Clark Research facility, supporting the evaluation of our Skin metier. TheProduct Safety team is part of the Safety, Regulatory, Claims and Micro (SRCM)team that supports the work for R&I and the Americas zone.
