The Zone Team Leader (ZTL) is required to provide guidance and direction for the successful operation of a particular zone of the overall retail sales floor. The ZTL oversees a team passionate about merchandising and selling merchandise, ensuring an exceptional associate and customer experience. Responsibilities include merchandising, customer service oversight, and supervisory responsibility for associates.

Primary responsibilities include executing established procedures for the assigned store zone, ensuring store standards and compliance, overseeing the door to floor process, ensuring proper scheduling and staffing, and communicating company directives.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum two years' retail experience in a supervisory role, ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and ability to read, write and speak English. Additional skills include sound judgment, confidentiality, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Physical requirements include lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, pushing and pulling up to 35 pounds, standing for extended periods, bending, twisting, gripping, reaching, pinching, squatting, kneeling, balancing, and climbing occasionally. Must have the ability to operate a motor vehicle and have a valid state-issued license.
