On Site Claims Specialist

Headquartered in Vancouver, Washington, NJFC has been providing our nation's discerning foodservice, retail, industrial and institutional customers with the finest quality canned and pouched products for over 50 years. NJFC operates three production facilities : Northwest Packing in Vancouver, WA.; San Benito Foods, in Hollister, CA; and Toma-Tek in Firebaugh, CA.

The Neil Jones Food Company is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and organized professional to join our team as a Claims Specialist! This onsite position will collaborate with internal departments and customers to resolve discrepancies timely. This role will be responsible for following all claim standard operating procedures to fairly resolve all claims with integrity and represent our Company customer satisfaction standards at our corporate headquarters in Vancouver, WA. Key Responsibilities :

• Research and resolve customer claims timely.
• Analyze information to evaluate assigned claims to determine the extent of loss.
• Maintain accurate documentation necessary to resolve complex issues.
• Update claims system on a continual basis to accurately reflect status and daily track and monitor claim status to keep claims moving through workflow.
• Provide excellent communication both internally and externally with customers and work collaboratively across teams and departments to help resolve any claims matter.

Requirements

Compensation :

The hourly pay range is $20.50 - $24.50, based on experience and qualifications.
