Job descriptionCompetitive pay : Small hourly rate plus commission. Consistent bonus opportunities. Full reimbursement of state licensing exam costs after passing and 90 days of employment. Time off available after the first 90 days for meeting reserve requirements. Opportunities for advancement to an agency owner role.
Insurance Sales Representative
Representative to join our team. In this role, you will sell insurance to potential clients while analyzing their risks and needs. You will advise them on policy options, helping them select the best coverage to meet their unique requirements.
Responsibilities :
- Successfully obtain state licensing for property, casualty, life, and health insurance (training provided).
- Assess client risks and insurance needs.
- Offer personalized policy recommendations.
- Meet and exceed sales goals.
