Key Responsibilities

Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for all clinical programs

Translate strategic goals into scalable clinical operations while ensuring quality and financial sustainability

Lead and mentor Clinical Directors across multiple therapy disciplines

Required Qualifications

Graduate degree (Master's or Doctorate) in a relevant healthcare discipline

Active clinical license (or eligibility) in one of the therapy disciplines preferred

10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare

Experience in managing multidisciplinary therapy teams

Demonstrated success in building and scaling clinical teams in a complex healthcare environment
