Job descriptionKey Responsibilities : Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative functions. Oversee accounting and financial reporting, including accounts receivable and payable, payroll, and monthly financial statements. Coordinate and supervise the work of the billing and title functions to ensure seamless operation across departments. Implement and maintain dealership policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and issues related to office administration. Develop and maintain schedules and reports related to dealership operations. Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both employees and customers. Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication, employee training, and team-building initiatives. Collaborate with the HR department to manage employee matters. Assist in recruitment, hiring, and training of administrative staff as needed. Manage vendor relationships Qualifications : Proven experience in office management or a similar role in the automotive dealership industry. Strong understanding of dealership operations, accounting practices, and financial reporting. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proficient in dealership management software (Reynolds Ignite is a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required. Education : High school diploma. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., CMA, Automotive Management Certification) are a plus.
