Pay : $21.00 - $26.00 per hour

Job Duties

Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with autism, conducting sessions in various settings such as their homes, schools, or within the community.

Work under the guidance of a program supervisor, instructing clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence. In addition, ABA Behavior Technicians assist in addressing challenging behaviors.

Duties also include collecting, organizing, and summarizing behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.

6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication, is essential to the role.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Must be open to school and home cases in order to build a full-time schedule

Full-time schedules of 7 : 45am-3 : 30pm in schools and 7 : 45am-7 : 00pm for combined settings

Part-time schedules starting from 3 : 00pm - flexibility for those juggling between school!

Able to commute up to 5-10 miles or 30-45 minutes

Must be able to travel to Beverly Hills, Compton, El Segundo, Inglewood, Torrance

Experience with severe cases required for 2 : 1 caseloads

Childcare experience required

Bilingual Spanish is a plus
