Key Responsibilities

Define MQL criteria, lead scoring, and handoff rules to admissions

Build nurture drips, re-engagement flows, and A / B tested experiences across various channels

Analyze conversion performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a cohesive funnel

Required Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in growth / marketing in enrollment-driven industries

Proven track record of optimizing funnels for predictable growth

Hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce, Pardot, or HubSpot

Deep expertise in funnel design, measurement, and optimization

Ability to architect scalable workflows and automations
