The starting salary is $36,000+ (depending on experience), with great benefits such as health insurance, special events, flexible schedules, paid time off, paid holidays, vacation, sick time, and a retirement plan with a 3% match. ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Auto Sales Associate, your day starts by reviewing leads and following up with potential buyers. Throughout the day, you greet customers, guide them through vehicle options, and close sales with confidence. You leverage your knowledge of deal structuring, financing, and CRM systems to create seamless experiences for customers while maximizing your success. Every day, you help people drive away in the perfect vehicle for their needs.

Schedule : Monday to Friday (NO weekends!)

The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered :

• 3+ years of customer service experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
