Principal Actuary

A company is looking for a Principal Actuary to provide technical support for complex actuarial initiatives in health insurance.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the Actuarial Services team and handle complex actuarial modeling

Lead and provide consultative support for assigned projects while assisting in rating, pricing, and financial forecasting

Support various departments including Network Management, Underwriting, and Sales and Marketing

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or advanced degree as required

Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) and Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA)

5+ years of experience in a related field

Alternate actuarial credentials may be considered in lieu of an ASA

Fellows of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) may be considered in lieu of 5 years of experience
