Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Labor and Delivery Discipline : RN Start Date : 10 / 30 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, days, nights Employment Type : Travel Job Description : Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery Location : Ronceverte, WV 24970 Duration : 13 weeks Positions : 1 Shift : Day or night (3x12-hour shifts,), every other weekend, block scheduling available Qualifications : Active RN licensure in WV or Compact License (pending acceptable). Minimum 2 years RN experience, with previous charge nurse experience required. Certifications required : BLS, ACLS, NRP, FHM, AWHONN (preferred). Experience in Cerner charting system preferred. Ability to maintain patient ratios of 1 : 3 in a fast-paced environment. Flu vaccine required during flu season (Oct-Mar). Must live greater than 75 miles from facility (local candidates not accepted). Minimum 2 managerial / charge nurse references within past 2 years. No current employment with Vandalia Health System facilities.
