Key Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret complex commercial lease agreements and execute comprehensive financial management

Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, and landlords while resolving operational challenges

Manage lease data systems and oversee critical milestone tracking for lease renewals and escalations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, or related field

Minimum two years of experience in lease administration, accounting, or property management

Demonstrated expertise in interpreting complex commercial lease language and financial terms

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
