Position : Chief Growth Officer

Location : Seattle, WA | Hybrid | Full-Time Exempt

Start Date : Target start date of February 1, 2026

The Chief Growth Officer is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and a central architect of Northwest Center's next phase of growth. This is a role for a working executive who can shape the growth agenda and establish the systems and partnerships necessary to deliver it. The CGO will shape and drive the organization's growth strategy and lead the revenue generation for targeted business areas, with an initial focus on the program portfolio. The role includes building a scalable sales infrastructure, leading marketing efforts, and developing new revenue streams and partnerships that advance the organization's mission. The CGO will collaborate closely with other executive leaders, particularly the Chief Operations Officer (COO), to align growth strategy with operational delivery.

Salary Range : $225,000 to $260,000

Bonus : Eligible for annual variable compensation program, plus additional annual incentives tied to growth
